HelpMeFly

HelpMeFly brings everything about your flight into one place: a private room for the passengers on board, live status updates as they happen, and travellers willing to help if you need a hand.

YOUR FLIGHT COMMUNITY Each flight has its own private room, open only to the passengers on it. Ask how long the security queue is, whether the gate has moved, or if anyone is sharing a taxi into the city, and get answers from people travelling with you. If a flight is cancelled, you can see how others are rebooking.

LIVE FLIGHT UPDATES Terminal, gate, delay, baggage belt and cancellation updates arrive in your flight room as they happen. Invite family or friends with a code and they can follow the flight as a guest. This is useful for a first-time flyer, or for whoever is meeting you on arrival.

IN-PERSON ASSISTANCE Find verified travellers on your exact route and travel alongside someone who knows the process. If you travel often, offer help to others going your way and get rewarded for it. Every connection is built around real, in-person assistance.
