VigiAuto

VigiAuto is a private platform for identifying, documenting, and tracking movable assets. Each registered asset receives an individual code, the VAC - VigiAuto Code, which can be physically engraved on the asset and consulted by anyone before a purchase or negotiation.

WHAT YOU DO IN THE APP

- Register your assets with photos, make, model, serial number, and acquisition documents.

- Receive the VAC for each asset and track its status on the platform.

- Consult a VAC by typing the code or scanning the QR Code directly through the app's camera.

- Register theft, robbery, or loss alerts and attach the police report.

- Track the asset's timeline: registration, maintenance, transfers, and incidents.

- Record revisions and repairs in the maintenance history and attach the invoices.

- Find authorized service centers nearby, request an appointment, and rate the service.

- Transfer ownership of the asset to another person with confirmation from both parties.

- Issue and share the asset certificate in PDF format.

- Protect access with biometrics from your own device, if you wish.

WHAT IS IT FOR?

VagiAuto helps to individualize the asset, organize the documents related to it, maintain the history of events, and provide transparency to those who intend to buy or receive this asset. It is a tool for asset organization and fraud prevention.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

VigiAuto is a private database. We are not a public body, notary office, traffic authority, insurance company, or public security service. The registration is declarative in nature: it does not constitute or transfer ownership, does not replace public records, invoices, contracts, or police reports, and does not guarantee the recovery of a lost or stolen asset. For assets subject to mandatory public registration, the VAC (Value Added Tax) is always supplementary.

The alert registered in the app does not replace communication with the police authorities, and the public consultation does not attribute the commission of a crime to anyone.

PRIVACY

The public consultation follows the principle of data minimization and, as a rule, does not display the name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), address, telephone number, or email of the holder.
