VPS Connect

VPS Connect is the official companion app for VPS Devices — a wearable eye-tracking and streaming device used in research, remote expert assistance, training, and field-support workflows.

What you can do:
• Discover nearby VPS Devices via Bluetooth Low Energy
• Configure the VPS Device Wi-Fi network directly from your phone
• Open the Lite Unit's web interface for on-device settings
• Join real-time audio and video streaming sessions with a Lite Unit wearer as the remote expert

Secure by design:
Streaming is powered by WebRTC and end-to-end encrypted using DTLS-SRTP. Sessions connect peer-to-peer whenever the network permits, or via an encrypted TURN relay when direct connection is blocked. Media is never stored on Viewpointsystem servers.

Hardware required:
VPS Connect is a companion for VPS hardware. A paired VPS Device within Bluetooth range is required to connect, refresh, open the WebUI, and start a streaming session. Without a VPS Device, only the first steps, side menu, and Wi-Fi Configuration entry point are functional.
