Love the ability to connect with my father, who has dementia and lives far away. His device sometimes needs a hard reset, which is difficult because he can't do it himself and lives in a long term care facility. We also purchased his device when there were no monthly fees, and we don't use it for anything other than photo sharing and video calls, but because he uses it so much for video calls we have to pay the monthly fee. I wish there were a cheaper tier subscription for chats and photos only.
