iCPV Reputa is an application for managing online information collection systems, developed within the framework of the digital transformation program of Party agencies.

The application supports state agencies in listening to, monitoring, and evaluating public opinion in cyberspace by collecting and synthesizing information from social media and the internet.

The system includes the following main features:
- Multi-channel data collection: Collects information by keywords from online news sources, print newspapers, social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), forums, blogs, and foreign news sources.

- Data analysis and synthesis: Tools for intelligently analyzing and synthesizing data, evaluating information sentiment (positive, negative, neutral), and identifying prominent sources of public opinion by region or topic.

- Statistics and alerts: Provides multi-dimensional, visual statistics to measure the impact of information on the internet and social media. The tool also integrates an early warning mechanism, promptly detecting negative signs or media crisis risks so that users can take appropriate action.
- Reporting: The tool supports automatic report extraction by topic with pre-aggregated data, significantly saving time and effort compared to traditional manual reporting methods.
