Seemed great when I bought it but now it won't connect

Installed this to use with the dashcam that I got off of Amazon. Connects via Bluetooth with no fuss. This is not something I'd use everyday, but In a pinch, I know I that can use it download footage to my phone if the need ever arises. I can even see the gps map data of where I was when the video was taken.
