2024-08-22	Sa*****	Our vets have recently started providing vidivet for customers, and it's absolutely brilliant. My query was sent and answered within 20 minutes! My cat has been unwell for a few days, and I was hesitant to take her in since she is non emergent. I spoke to a Dr Mark who gave me fantastic advice on how to help her recover and all the warning signs of illness that require escalation. He also provided some extra advice that I could speak to my vet about. I feel completely reassured and have a plan!

2024-02-24	Ch*****	The Vets get back to you quickly, give you clear information on the issues and what you can do to treat them correctly. They're happy to support you. Only issue I'm having is the app Continually crashes! I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to message

2024-01-30	Ja*****	I have no issues with this service but only had to use it once and trying to cancel is an absolute nightmare and normally you would just go into payments and subscriptions and cancel there but you can't ,even trying to email is a nightmare

Amazing veterinary advice by sending a 60 second video of you pet explaining the problem and they get back to you almost immediately on what action to take. Sadly my kitten didn't make it but I can't thank enough the vet I spoke too and the makers of this app for all their help advice and support it was a 3am emergency and within 20 minutes of speaking to them the kitten was at the vets. Fantastic service and a must have for any pet owner.

They have consistently come through for us and our cats when even their regular vet has not been helpful. Saves a lot of time and money at the Vets for minor things and truly invaluable help and advice, the responses are quick and they really put you at ease. A 100% must for pet owners.

2023-03-22	Sp*****	Like the idea of the app and the user interface. However I can't get past the stage where I have to give the app permissions to my gallery. There is no option for this on my S21, only for things like camera and location permissions. Would be great if this was fixed and I could use the app as intended

2023-03-21	Sc*****	I normally leave big reviews, in my opinion, the bigger the better but in this case it is simply not necessary! I've kept dogs all my life but never have I experienced a service like VidiVet before! Simply fantastic! I asked a simple question and got a video response back in less than 5 minutes! I defy you to find a better service, and a better app actually!
