Paid app with huge fee🫤

Al***** 2024-08-18

I downloaded the app right away since I like Vicky as a Spanish teacher. But then, there was no free trial so I decided to just pay for a month and see how it goes. I was only able to use the app for like a few hours and the following morning I can't log in to my account. I reported the problem and it's been how many days already. The app isn't fixed so I requested for refund. But still no response about it.
