Moreover, the app doesn't allow customers to chat with the Sellers also now- a- days 🤨The most excruciating part about the App is the user gets logged out by urself, so u need to login everytime u want to view your order details 😡 Would have given 0 stars, if Possible ! 😕The customer care redirects u 2 a Typeform .

2024-09-05	Sa*****	Whenever I'm trying to cancel an item they are not letting me do so. Even in help/support section, they are routing me to some irrelevant page. Pathetic service. They want to just take your money and provide some substandard cheap product.

2024-03-14	va*****	It's a scam don't order from this app this people don't deliver the product nd moreover they give wrong tracking details, they confirm the delivery whereas the customer haven't received it . They don't listen to you no communication number provided, no one to look into your matter. A big big fraudsters.....

2024-01-31	Tu*****	The help and support feature is useless on this app, you can't chat with the seller and for this issue, when an incident was raised with customer support, even that incident is ignored by the Team, if the vibe City Team is looking at this, remove the chat feature and customer care support feature, those are of no use anyway

2023-12-17	Sa*****	The prices are wierd because some things are being sold by people (not merchants, kinda second hand) for unreasonable price. There is no customer care contact. Only mail. There is no way of tracking your parcel. I ordered on Dec 4 and received it after two mail conversations on Dec 17 whereas the date of delivery while ordering was Dec 12.

2023-11-20	Ko*****	It's been over 20 days since I placed an order and did not receive my product. It is a pre paid order. It's better you check the seller and contact them directly from Instagram or the website and order the product directly. God knows how many more days it's going to take to deliver.

2023-11-13	_ *****	Prices are a bit too high and a lot of sellers don't respond at all BUT my buying experience has been good (whatever came through). It takes time to deliver but it's kinda fine considering the discounts we can get. However I pray the customer service team learns to respond. They're a no show forever. (Just got an order randomly cancelled today too). Edit : Idk what the Vibecity team is working so hard on for months but they can start by responding to sellers. The sellers get barely any support.

2023-10-25	Al*****	I don't wish to give any star for Vibecity as they are not reliable. Yes its my fault despite all the negative comments I still placed my order. Finally it got cancelled and my money got refunded. If you people feel the product is nice in terms of price always better to go for cash on delivery atleast you will not be so stress as this people are not responsive to the seller when the courier don't turn up to pick up the order.

Even they didn't provided me refer and earn money. Fraud company and app. Even customer support is rubbish. Never buy from it. #pathethic #fraud
