Poor streaming quality with lag, buffering, and inability to adjust video quality; live sports especially prone to interruptions.
Screen keeps turning off / cannot keep screen awake during playback on mobile.
Limited language/subtitle support: no English subtitles; app supports only two languages (Finnish/Swedish) and Danish subtitles are criticized.
Autoplay features (trailer/next program) auto-playing with no easy option to disable while browsing.

Technology is evidently an afterthought for this company. The app has trouble with freezing in new Android versions. That and many more issues plague the app, notably: bad stream quality/compression has been an issue for years. For a company this large it boggles my mind they haven't hired a few skilled people to take charge and fix the situation yet.
