When I started on a GLP-1, I wanted one app that kept the whole picture — my shots, my weight, what I manage to eat when my appetite disappears, how side effects track against dose changes — without locking my own charts behind a subscription or shipping my health data to someone's cloud. We couldn't see your data if we wanted to — it never leaves your device unless you export it yourself. Optional biometric app lock keeps it from curious hands too.
