EVA SIP Phone is a SIP-based softphone, developed as a part of a new generation VoIP platform by Verysoft - company with almost 10 years of a VoIP development experience.

EVA was designed to provide a customer with the best audio quality even not on very good channels, save battery and be fully compatible with SIP providers and other softphones. The product was optimized for WiFi, 3G and LTE.

Premium features (in-app purchase).
- Video calls using H.264 codec (Android version 4.1 and higher).

NOTE: EVA SIP Phone for Android is not a VoIP service, so it requires a SIP account in order to be able to place a call.

I used the manual setup and then tried to call another SIP account. The software went back into setup mode. Really makes me wonder how many of the reviews are fake.

I've tried many SIP softphones on my phone but they all chewed up my battery, in addition to other problems. EVA is easy on my battery and works briiliantly even though it doesn't have all the (mostly useless) features of others. Configuration is nice and easy. An email query to the author was answered promptly. I'll be sticking with this one. BTW, there is no point trying to use SIP phone over the cell network - most cell providers don't properly prioritise VoIP traffic and the quality is crap - so don't downvote a phone for that - downvote your cell provider instead.
