2024-12-26	St*****	Not only is this a predatory credit card but they tack on late fees when your payments are very clearly and with proof made on time. The customer service will lie to you to get you to pay a certain amount with the promise to take the late fee off, then they tell you they have to submit it for approval when it never should have been there on the first place. This company should be investigated for fraud because if they're doing it to me they are doing it to countless others.

2024-01-21	Vi*****	I can not log into my account. Biometrics doesn't work. Was charged $10.00 to make payment over phone because couldn't do it online. Customer Service couldn't help. Very dissatisfied. Will pay off card and cancel. It is too much trouble.

2024-01-03	No*****	Everyone please stay away from this card its a rip off. I made a payment 2 hrs late and they charged me $30 late fee. When i called to try and get it back or at least a courtesy refund they continue to give me a run around. I understand some people may have to use cards like this but this is not the one for you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARD!!!!#

2023-12-25	Ri*****	I truly believe this app needs a serious update. It no longers takes payment from my debit card and it takes forever to process a payment. I call the toll free number and the person on the other end could not help me. Im very unhappy!!

2023-09-05	Da*****	Faulty biometrics. Have to put in my login info each and every time i access the app... which would be fine .... but then these stupid messages pop up saying I'm not enrolled biometrics and then prompts me to enable biometrics.... which i do, only to have to do it all over again!!! Very annoying. Fix your biometrics!!!!

2023-07-29	Br*****	After setting up an acct with this app, it no longer recognizes my login or thumbprint. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. I've tried to setup a new acct. Nothing works. So now I can't look at my info on the go or lock my card or gain any type of access to my card or acct

I disputed Unauthorized charges and faxed everything the representative requested. They didn't even read my dispute. They denied my dispute because the company had my correct address on file. In my dispute I explained very clearly, I had placed an order online for a specific dollar amount. I was then charged an additional amount. Update: Numerous calls made with zero results.
