2024-10-25	Ka*****	By far the worst banking app ever made! Cotinuous bug issues, currently I can't even make a payment transfer! In the past the app wouldn't even log me in. Please invest in you app!

2024-07-22	Ma*****	Had to delete the app as couldn't open it or close it. Reinstalled and now I have to complete registration all over again, which I find not straightforward. Something I will have to tackle when in a good calm mood !

2023-12-03	T *****	Worst app. Ever. Always crash due to bug issue . Bank doesn't update app. or fix the bug as they should. Updating customer profile info. Needs all information all the times despite the fact that it's already available with the bank . Meanwhile to update in the bank branch, you have to do lots of paperwork as if opening a new account . Please try to be sensible and professional. !!!!!

2023-10-09	No*****	Review 1: Sometime early 2023 Won't open and keeps crashing Review 2: Disappointing app, which won't open and is an inconvenience. Traveled outside Qatar and couldn't access the app, which turned out disastrous as I couldn't manage funds. This is definitely a reason for me to leave this bank. Daily online banking struggles!

2023-04-08	Ra*****	Login doesn't work. Can't register a new user as you need a debit card. I don't have a debit card for my savings account. It says biometric login is under the services menu. There is no services menu

2022-10-24	Ph*****	This app is terrible. Not explicit enough. Instructions are too brief. Al Rayan Bank used to be such an efficient organisation. Recently I have been kept waiting for in excess of 30 minutes twice. Although the staff who address calls are truly excellent. What Al Rayan bank senior management must remember is that whilst the customer is waiting, nobody else can get through because the phone is engaged. Al Rayan Bank used to answer its calls promptly. Also your ISA rate at 1% is derisiory.

2022-07-21	N *****	App does not correspond with instructions I received from the bank. I received sms asking me to to update my profile to avoid service suspension and one option is to use a tab in the app called "profile update". However, there is no such a tab anywhere on the app. I am abroad at the moment and worried that my account maybe suspended when I get back to Doha!

2022-05-24	m6*****	At first i had difficulty with it but for the past few years, it is flawless. Yes sometimes it lags or you have to uninstall and reinstall but this rarely happens. Well done alrayyan.
