Periodically request a free care review to get updated screening guidance, and chat with Violet, your private AI companion who uses your actual health data to answer questions, explain your records, and offer self-care tips.

Use the meal-logging feature to snap a photo of your food and receive nutritionist-backed tips, plus estimated macronutrients and calories to help with portions. You can opt to join clinical studies to support medical science. Verily Me prioritizes privacy and gives you control over data sharing.
