Flash Verify

Flash Verify is an app for online identity verification (eKYC).

It combines SMS-based phone number authentication with IC-chip (NFC) reading of My Number cards and Residence cards to verify identity securely and reliably.

Key features
- Phone number authentication via SMS
- Capture of the front and back of a Residence card / My Number card, plus a face photo
- Reading of card details and the face photo from the IC chip (NFC)
- Cross-checking printed details against IC-chip data, and face matching against the selfie
- Per-agency (handling agency) verification flow
- Available in Japanese, English, and Burmese

Security
- Submitted information is sent encrypted
- The Individual Number (My Number) is always masked and handled securely
- Face photos and ID document images are kept in private storage

Using this app requires a contract with a participating agency, an NFC-capable Android device, and an eligible identity document. Please review our privacy policy for how personal data is handled.
