Worst experience ever. Wasted 2 hours of my life trying to connect to proctortrack to take an exam and was unable to. I was unable to write the exam due to this issue. Extremely aggravating experience. For the high prices paid for online courses, colleges should switch to a better online exam software so that their students can actually connect to their exam in time and do not have to waste their time with this garbage software.

Terrible interface, comple breach of privacy. Crazy how many institutions are willing to sacrifice student privacy and safety just to save a few bucks for a proper proctoring service.
