Piramal Retail Finance, the consumer lending platform of Piramal Enterprises Limited, engages in various financial services businesses. It provides home loans, loans for small businesses, and loans for working capital to customers in affordable housing and mass affluent segments across Tier I, II and III cities. Its modular structure will have the ability to add multiple products such as loans for used cars, two-wheelers, education and purchase finance.



This application was created specifically for Technical Verifiers who travel to the field to examine the collateral for clients who have filed for home loans.



A Technical Verifier can perform ground-based verifications with this software while having the report generated automatically from the input fields.



App features include:
Portability: You may now write reports when visiting the collateral sites of the customer.
Access to all documents in one location: All documents are now completely accessible, allowing for easy on-site reading and verifications.
Photos: You may now take pictures using the mobile app, and they'll be uploaded to the report automatically.
Automated Portal: The Turn Around Time (TAT) can be significantly lowered by having reports generated automatically as data and images are added to the portal.
