Pacto is an app that simplifies the management of rental relationships between property owners and tenants across language barriers.

With Pacto, users can communicate in Polish, Ukrainian or English (other languages coming soon) and have their messages translated automatically.

It provides a range of relationship-management tools, including negotiating the rental agreement, e-signature, checklists to ensure a smooth move-in and move-out, reminder notifications, issue reporting and tracking, payment logging, and other support.

By using Pacto, you can establish a successful rental relationship while reducing misunderstandings, frustrations, and conflicts.

Pacto is currently only available to Sponsored Users through an invitation by a designated Sponsoring Organization. Pacto is specifically designed to aid housing organizations in their work with tenants and their landlords.
