2026-08-11	Me*****	NO LONGER WORKS!!!!! I can no longer see my connected devices in the app. You can no longer connect vera though Google Home without paying a monthly subscription. This was always free and now its not! I'll be shopping for a new system.

2026-06-21	St*****	Use with Vera plus for a home rental to give access to the house. Have not had problems in a long time. Like the guest login. Also, I see some of the reviews saying problems logging in. I went through that and finally realized that the username is CASE SENSITIVE. I repeat the USERNAME is CASE SENSITIVE. As well as the password which is not typical for logins. I have tried smart things but this works much better for my rentals

2025-12-11	Jo*****	I don't know if this company is trying to upset their customers so that everyone will stop using them, but they're definitely doing a good job with the disconnecting of the skills to Alexa's and Google hub to make people to want to.
