However, it faces significant issues with session management, as it frequently logs users out with no clear path to re-login, resulting in app freezes and forced reinstalls. The login process is not intuitive, often hidden in submenus, and the app crashes during logout or ticket wallet additions. Despite the app working well when logged in, these recurring problems greatly hamper the overall user experience and ticket access.

As others have described, it logs you out and then you can't get back in.

They released a new version of the app a while back, but it still has the same problems of not actually letting you log into your account. I get a pop up saying I need to merge DPAC the account with my Ticketmaster account (which has already been done) and then it just goes to a blank page. You have to call the box office to have them email tickets, and that does not always work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and that does not fix the issue anymore.
