User Reviews

Reviews are overwhelmingly negative. The most repeated concerns are bugs and crashes, unreliable logins, and problems accessing or managing tickets. Users also report issues with wallet and concession-credit features, and several object to mandatory location and notification permissions. No positive point appears in multiple reviews.

Pros

Cons

Frequent crashes, errors, and pages that fail to load make the app unreliable.
Repeated logouts and login or account-linking problems interrupt access.
Ticket access and management often fail, including viewing, transferring, selling, or saving tickets to Google Wallet.
Several users object to being required to enable notifications and always-on location access.
Wallet and concession-credit features often fail or do not apply credits correctly.

Recent reviews

The app will not bring up my ticket even though they are shown in Ticketmaster. This app is worthless, just Ticketmaster.

Very annoyed that it forces me to turn on notifications and location setting to always on to access the app as a STH. I should be able to choose my settings to work only when using the app, at the very least, and if I want to turn off notifications and location settings that should be ok too. It is not and I feel they are invading my choices and privacy.
