Giving away coupons all the time. When you are about to checkout you see that there is no coupon. What a scam. The service fees are also pretty high

The worst customer service. No phone available. The system made a mistake so they sent us a wrong pizza. I couldn't ask compensation from the store since it wasn't their fault. Until we exchanged messages through efood site, my appetite was gone.
