2024-10-11	To*****	4 charge points, 2 with red lights, tried the other one, app just hung, on the app it showed all 4 as unavailable. When I left The caravan car park at new quay there appeared to be someone charging but it was still marked red on the app. At least they make it easy to get your money back is the best thing I can say about the app and trying to charge there.

2024-09-21	Co*****	It is almost possible to find your nearest charger as the zooming in is non functional in map view, list view shows you the all in random orders with no sort or filter. Local councils are dead (not your fault on this one but it is managed in the same network).

2024-09-09	St*****	Another download, another unhappy customer. No signal at location, then couldn't start the charge when I had signal. Vehicle was fine and responding, charger not so much. Then finally when back to vehicle, 22kw charger barely managed 3kw so overall a colossal waste of time. Will be pressing for a top-up refund as service was not delivered.

2024-07-15	Ca*****	Useless! Painful to sign up and add credit. Frequently logs you out mid use. Doesn't show the correct status of chargers. Some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to install these at Haven, Devon, in a mobile dead spot. If you can connect, it incorrectly shows chargers as unavailable. Hasn't shown available devices for 9 months. My advice is drive to the nearest contactless provider and save yourself from a lot hassle.

2024-06-28	Sa*****	I just want to charge my car. I don't want to give you my first name, last name, email, phone number and full addresses. Then do your verification process, then calculate how much money I want to put onto this random account that I'll never use again to get the charge I need. Just put contactless card machines on it and the experience would be a million times better. Imagine if when you filled up with petrol it was this difficult....

2024-06-20	Hu*****	Used it for the first time today, at the Newt. It boggles the mind how people design apps that are so thoroughly unintuitive and ill-considered. You can't simply pay for what you use, you need to top an account up. You can't simply add a card, you first need to pick the amount you want to top up by. In a market saturated with excellent offerings, this is abysmal.

2024-03-30	An*****	Worst EV charging app I've had the misfortune to have to use. Tried at center parcs and Hilton St George's. Both times, I walked away from the car with it charging, and both times it failed within a few minutes and I had to go back later. Sagepay seemed to be the cause but I also switched space, plugged and unplugged several times. The app does not remember card details nor support password manager/phone payment, you need to key the long card number each time. Utter rubbish start to finish.

Got on WiFi, installed app, created account, scanned the QR on the charger, added my card details and pressed 'Charge'. Car charged for a second (green light on charger), then it paused (solid blue) til 11pm and charged overnight. 39p/kWh cheaper than most too. No problems at all.

2023-11-13	Ri*****	Unfortunately this app works about as well as the Rolec charger that it's associated with. As in, it doesn't most of the time. If you get a charger, I hope that while shopping around you get to find out what app it uses. If it uses this, then get another charger. Seriously. There's more bugs than an episode of I'm a celebrity get me outta here.

VendElectric....d'load app, register, enter details, choose password, scan qr code, you have been logged out, sign in again, email/pwd incorrect (no, definitely correct). 4 more attempts, nothing. 45 mins later, after forcing me to choose 3 hrs charge, and then telling me to remove plug, finally worked. Rubbish system, stressful, unreliable. 75p for a 7kw charger? What a rip off. App deleted.
