Score keeper for Skyjo, Uno, Scrabble, Tarot & more. Offline, no ads, free.
CountScore is a score keeper and point counter for your card games and board games. Whatever you are playing, it keeps the score.
It replaces the paper scorecard: add your players, enter the points round by round, and watch the running totals and the ranking update as the game goes on.
GAMES IT WORKS FOR
CountScore is nobody's official app — it is a score sheet you use for the games you already own, and it is not tied to a single one of them.
It works for your games of Skyjo, Uno, Belote, Coinche, Tarot, Rami and President. It works for your games of Scrabble, Bridge, Yahtzee, Phase 10 and Flip 7. It does the same job on a board game evening, for Mille Bornes, Rummikub, 6 nimmt!, Qwirkle, Farkle or ZapZap.
If your game is not in that list, you create your own game type in a few seconds: a name, a colour, an icon, and whether the highest or the lowest score wins. Anything played for points fits.
A SCORE SHEET THAT FOLLOWS YOUR RULES
Highest score wins, or lowest score wins — you decide, per game type. Enter positive or negative points, correct a mistake on any round, and the scoreboard recalculates itself. Set a threshold and CountScore tells you when a player is out or when the game is over, the way Skyjo ends at 100 and Belote at 1000.
PLAYERS AND STATISTICS
Players are shared across every game, so their statistics follow them from one evening to the next: games played, games won, win rate, and a breakdown per game type. Nothing to sign up for — a player is a name and a colour.
A COMPLETE GAME HISTORY
Every finished game keeps its full scorecard. Open it again to see who marked what on which round, and settle "who won last time?" with the score sheet instead of from memory.
NO CONNECTION NEEDED TO MARK THE POINTS
Your games live in a database on the phone. Counting points, adding players, reading statistics and browsing the history all work in airplane mode — in a garden, on a train, at a campsite, in a cabin with no signal.
PERFECT FOR
Family game nights, card tournaments, board game clubs, school and holiday activities, or a long evening with friends. If it is played for points, CountScore counts them.
ADVANCED: YOUR OWN SERVER (OPTIONAL)
Two features reach beyond the device, and both need a server you host yourself from the open-source code in the repository. CountScore ships with no address for one, so they stay switched off until you type one in Settings → Server.
- Group sharing: create a group or join one with an invite code, and the games you choose to share turn up on the other phones of the group. Scores entered offline catch up when the connection comes back. Games you do not share stay on your device.
- AI analysis: a written commentary on any finished game, in one of nine voices and in your own language. That game's scores, player names and round comments are sent to your server, which has an AI model write it. It runs only when you tap the button, and "Report this commentary" flags a bad one by email.
PRIVACY, STATED PLAINLY
No account, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking. The Play Data Safety card lists three kinds of data, so here is what they really are: player names and game content travel only when you ask for an analysis or share a game with your group, and the "device ID" is a random token your own server issues when you join a group — not a hardware identifier, not an advertising identifier, not linked to any identity. Configure no server and the app makes no network request at all. The full policy is linked on this page, and CountScore is open source under the MIT licence, so every word of this can be checked in the code.
COMPLETELY FREE
