The core of the app is the circular progress display — a clean ring that fills and empties as time passes through your fasting and eating phases. At a glance you can see how much time remains, which phase you are in, and how far along the current window has progressed.

Choose from common fasting protocols or set your own fasting and eating durations. The timer runs in the foreground and shows elapsed and remaining time with clear, readable numbers alongside the animated ring.

All settings and history are stored locally. There is no registration, no subscription, and no paid tier. Open the app, pick your protocol, and start your fast.
