Every match starts small, a lone cell fighting through hostile tissue, and ends in a full-blown biological war against an immune system that adapts just as fast as you do.

This is a roguelike survival shooter built around constant evolution. Instead of picking a class, you build your own strain of pathogen on the fly. Every organelle you collect changes how you fight: faster mutation rates, denser cell membranes, corrosive enzymes, or a swarm of smaller cells that split off and overwhelm enemies from every angle. No two runs play the same way, because no two evolution paths do either. Pathogenic Virus rewards experimentation, letting every mutation shape a completely different playstyle.

Combat is fast, top-down, and unforgiving. White blood cells, antibodies, and specialized immune responses pour in wave after wave, and the swarm only grows thicker the deeper you push into the host. Survival here is not about hiding, it is about out-evolving the threat before it catches up to you. One bad run and permadeath sends you back to square one, so every cell you keep alive matters.

Each biome inside the body is procedurally generated, so the bloodstream, lung tissue, and gut microbiome all play differently, forcing new builds and new survival strategies every time you start over.
