VWAY — Request and Transportation Management
VWAY is the Velp Tecnologia application developed to manage the entire flow of passenger transportation, from demand planning and resource allocation to the execution and completion of services. Integrated with the VWAY platform, it connects drivers, field teams, and the Operations Center in real time, providing greater agility, control, and traceability at all stages of the operation.
Designed for operational routines, the application brings together in a single environment all the information necessary for the execution of transportations. Users receive requests, monitor the service schedule, register embarkations and disembarkations, report incidents, and keep the Center constantly updated on the progress of activities.

Main functionalities
• Receiving requests and transportations in real time;

• Viewing the list of transportations assigned to the team;

• Consulting the details of the request, including passengers, origin, destination, and observations;

• Recording passenger embarkation and disembarkation;

• Recording events and incidents during the execution of transportation;
• Communication of impediments related to the passenger or service;

• Sharing of the unit's location in real time, including in the background;

• Direct communication with the Operations Center via messages;

• Receiving alerts and notifications about new requests;

• Execution of operational checklists for the vehicle and transport;

• Capture and sending of photographs as evidence of activities performed;

• Filling in information by voice recognition (dictation);

• Vehicle association by reading a QR Code.

VWAY is intended for the exclusive use of teams linked to public bodies, companies and institutions that use the VWAY platform. All information is synchronized in real time with the Operations Center, ensuring greater efficiency, communication, traceability and security in transport management.
