Velora TV — Painel Chamadas

Velora TV is the call panel application from the VeloraTech platform, designed for medical clinics and offices that want to automate patient calls in the waiting room with a modern and silent experience.

Installed on a TV, TV Box, or Chromecast with Google TV, the application connects to the clinic's system and displays in real time the name of the next patient and the office they should go to, accompanied by a discreet audible alert. Between calls, the screen can display institutional videos and educational content defined by the clinic itself.

PROFESSIONAL USE APPLICATION

This application is intended for installation in healthcare environments of clinics contracting the VeloraTech platform. It is not a streaming or entertainment service for the end consumer. Access to the panel requires a Clinic Code provided by Velora.

FEATURES

Patient Calling
Display of the patient's name and office in highly legible typography from a distance, with configurable audible alert and history of the last calls of the day.

Institutional Content
Automatic playback of videos, images, and messages defined by the clinic between calls, always in full screen and without interruptions from system notifications.

Simplified Setup
The first run only requires the Clinic Code. No server URLs, technical credentials, or manual pairing are necessary. After configuration, the application starts automatically when the device is turned on.

Continuous Operation
Designed for uninterrupted operation during business hours. Keeps the screen active, automatically reconnects in case of network instability, and resumes playback after system restarts.

COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with Android TV and Google TV devices from major manufacturers (Sony, TCL, Philips, Hisense, Xiaomi), with Chromecast with Google TV in all generations that have Google Play Store, and with Android-based TV Box devices with access to the Play Store. A conventional TV can be converted using a Chromecast or TV Box.
