Color Picker

Color Picker helps users inspect colors from an image or a quick camera capture. Choose an image, tap a point, zoom for precision, and view HEX, RGB, and HSL values instantly. The app samples a 3 x 3 pixel area around the selected point to reduce single-pixel noise, then lets users save useful colors to a local palette and copy values when needed. The reviewed build declares no common sensitive Android permissions and no network permission; Android App info also shows no permissions required. Color values, selected samples, and saved palette items are handled locally on the device.
