2024-10-25	St*****	Latest update hadn't fixed issues. App crashes when trying to add a photo taken within the app. Since the update on the 15th October, the app will no longer access your gallery to add photos. Unable to attach photos full stop.

2024-10-09	N *****	App does not work well enough to depend on it for performing inspections :( so it's hard to find a use for it.

2024-10-08	Ja*****	Our company needs to stop using this app. Constantly crashes, and sometimes the audits I've spent ages doing do not make it onto the system. The list scrolls back to the top every time you add a comment or attachment to something. Not a good app, considering it's built around safety.

2024-09-12	Ca*****	Overcomplicated and dangerous. We're dealing with high voltage equipment and shouldn't be distracted by this app having to book hazard identifications and following up on actions. This makes our job more dangerous by taking our attention away from staying safe on site with dangerous equipment.

2024-09-05	To*****	Non intuitive. Really clunky. So many steps to populate. Why not take a photo and send to someone in compliance. Giving field workers another unweildy process to follow takes them further away from being safe and productive.

2024-05-29	IN*****	Very disappointed when, after you have put so much info to describe the incident and then you accidentally close the app, everything you've wrote, disappears!😡😡😡 Even the oldest Word doculents save your work and Velicity...DOES NOT! REALLY?? In 21st Century?! I have missed reporting so many events everyone could have benefitted from, just because of this missing feature! Please, improve and will give you better rating. But that's it for now! Best regards!

Again hot trash if I could do no stars I would
