2025-01-16	Lo*****	Always something wrong work this App. Last week it wouldn't load the digital card "error, try again later". This week I can't "View Trip" as it's endlessly loading. Such a poor experience. Just staggering that a global company as big as Virgin can consistently fail in their customer App experience and not seem to do a thing about it.

2025-01-14	Jo*****	Currently can't manage flights within the app. Even when it was working it was quite slow and always taking me out of the app and requiring me to log in on browser to manage simple tasks like seat upgrades. Frustrating to use. Needs some work.

2024-12-20	N *****	The android software is broken. I am using Samsung with latest version 14 and app will not show ticket or boarding pass. Removed app and r downloaded again. Now app downloads but will not reinstall. Rebooted however app will not finish installing. No one in customer care or IT is responding. You call customer service they take down the details but nothing happens. I think customer care do not know who to escalate to . All I see is complaints online but nothing happens
