The app requests me to subscribe after I subscribed. I emailed as directed and have not received a response or resolution. Im very disappointed and would like a full refund--- this app obviously is not working. ( Disappointed that outer planets are not included) I've emailed a second time through the app for help or refund. The purchase appears on my statement as paid--- that's not the problem. The app DOESN'T WORK ---dont get it. There's no way to get help or a refund or a response.
