Services for residents and applicants:

• Record journey and vehicle-related information.
• Apply for Gurukul admission and Ashram camps.
• View submitted applications and their current status.
• Browse available books and place book orders.

Facilities for authorized staff:
• Manage Gurukul records for Brahmacharis, teachers and other staff.
• Maintain student documents, identity cards and reports.
• Manage library books, stock, barcodes, sales and orders.
• Record accommodation, inventory, examinations, results and camps.
• Process office assistance requests and journey records.
• Record employees’ daily service work.
• Receive role-based notifications about relevant additions and changes.

Administrative facilities are available only to authorized users according to the permissions assigned by the Super Admin. Information entered in the app is used for Ashram services, applications and internal administration.
