Employees can view and update personal information, track attendance, manage leave, check salaries, and monitor daily-changing KPI bonuses — all quickly and securely on their smartphones.

Beyond HR tasks, Wincare supports staff development and sales performance through training modules and skill competitions. Built and deployed by Wincommerce across more than 4,000 stores, the app centralizes payroll, shift scheduling, penalties/bonuses, and performance tracking to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
