App keeps crashing and won't let me sign in. It used to work just fine

This app is driving me crazy!!! First there is a application error, so I can't call my clients....one of which has an emergency.....then it won't let me get it with my sign on from Mars....so I can't use it at all. IT needs to step up their game or stop trying to upgrade the app....this is SO FRUSTRATING
