VBTgo is a phone-based VBT app for strength and performance training. It uses your phone camera to measure bar speed, power, and displacement during barbell training, then connects live audio feedback, automatic records, exercise history, velocity loss, Load-Velocity Profile, and jump testing into one practical training loop.

VBTgo helps answer the questions that matter in training:

Was this set fast enough?
After each rep, VBTgo can announce your bar speed in real time. You do not need to look down at the screen. If the speed is above your target, you know the set is moving well. If the speed is clearly below target, the set quality may already be dropping.

How is my state today?
The same load does not move the same every day. If it moves faster than usual, your output may be strong today. If it moves slower than your normal range, the load or recovery may need adjustment.

Has velocity dropped enough that I should stop?
Velocity loss can be a practical signal for fatigue and set quality. When speed drops across a set, later reps may no longer match the goal of the session. VBTgo helps you decide whether to continue, rest longer, reduce load, or end the set.

Is the same weight moving faster over time?
Your max may not change every week. But if the same weight moves faster, that can be an early progress signal. VBTgo saves your training records automatically, so exercise history can show whether the same load is moving better than before.

Is this training block actually improving me?
One session shows today's output. Long-term records show the trend. VBTgo keeps weight, bar speed, power, displacement, and set data together, helping you review whether your training is becoming faster, stronger, or simply more fatiguing.

What does my strength-speed profile look like?
With Load-Velocity Profile, VBTgo helps you understand how different loads move for you. A single LVP can show your current load-speed picture; repeated LVPs can show how that profile changes over time.

Should my next block bias strength or speed?
Training is not only about adding weight. By connecting LVP, training history, jump testing, and future deficit analysis, VBTgo helps you think more clearly about whether the next phase should emphasize strength, speed, or explosive performance.
