Cancelled my policy for absolutely no reason with no warning. Had them a couple years ago but just wanted to give everyone a warning. They will cancel you if you complain as well. They're suing an attorney in Michigan again for speaking out. This company is predatory and cowardice. If you can't handle truthful criticism then you need to get out of customer service. But what do you expect from an insurance company. Take everything from us and give nothing in return.

This place was supposed to be better than their competitors, better than what we have been offered by them and unfortunately they're just as full of hidden fees, incorrect displaying app information, and hard to access information on your account. Insurance is a scam and they're playing the game same as all the big names.
