VMS Edge – Varun Management System is an internal business application developed for Varun Group to support daily dealership operations.

Key Features:
• Booking and order management
• Customer information and invoice management
• Vehicle and inventory record management
• Payment request generation and tracking (no direct payment processing)
• Document upload and record maintenance
• Secure login using Employee ID and OTP
• Device-based access control for security

Additional Information:
• This application is intended for use by authorized employees only
• User accounts are created and managed internally by the organization
• No public registration is available

Permissions Usage:
• Location is collected only during specific operations (e.g., transaction verification) and not used for continuous tracking
• Camera and file access are used for document upload
• Device information is used for login security

Security:
• No sensitive payment data (card details, UPI PIN) is stored
• Data is securely transmitted using HTTPS
