Varugai

Varugai is a smart and secure mobile application designed to manage workforce attendance using face recognition and geo-location verification. It ensures accurate, real-time attendance marking while preventing proxy or fraudulent entries.

The application allows users to mark attendance only when they are physically present at the assigned location. Facial verification confirms user identity, while GPS coordinates validate the location, ensuring transparency and accountability. Attendance data is captured instantly and synced with a centralized system for seamless monitoring.

Varugai supports role-based access control, enabling administrators, supervisors, and field staff to access features and data based on their responsibilities. Supervisors can monitor attendance status, review historical records, and generate reports, while administrators gain insights through dashboards and analytics for better decision-making.

The application is especially suited for organizations with distributed or field-based teams, including government departments, municipal bodies, and service organizations. By digitizing attendance processes, Varugai helps reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance workforce management.

Built with a focus on security, reliability, and scalability, Varugai provides a modern solution for transparent and efficient attendance management.
