Example Calculation:
For a loan of Tsh 1,000,000 with 10% APR over 360 days and a 6% service fee:
- Daily interest rate = 10% / 365 ≈ 0.027%
- Interest = Tsh 1,000,000 × 0.027% × 360 = Tsh 97,200
- Service fee = Tsh 1,000,000 × 6% = Tsh 60,000
- Total repayment = Tsh 1,000,000 + Tsh 97,200 + Tsh 60,000 = Tsh 1,157,200

You will receive Tsh 1,000,000 and are expected to repay Tsh 1,157,200.
