2024-07-22	Sh*****	I got into the app once. Then I had to change my password because the one I used wasn't working, so I thought I forgot it. So far, none of the security codes are letting me in. It keeps saying, "Unable to reset password. ". Now I can't use my debit card, I'm without money to buy food or gas for my car to get back home 4 hours away!!! I chatted with them. I emailed them, and they just send me another security code. Anyone have any advise how to get my debit card unlocked? My bank isn't here.

2024-05-29	wh*****	I've used the app for a few years and thanks to the app I've been able to keep track of my purchases. My only problem is the function to tell me my current balance on my card stopped working and some point forcing me to physically keep track of everything I use my card to purchase. It's a good app but could still use some work.

2022-11-04	an*****	The app its self is staraight forward &user friendly. It's easy to navigate. However, my account info is rarely updated and accurate.I find it impossible to keep an accurate balance of my account. Also, great it alerts you of potential pending fraudulent transactions. However, There is no way to block or stop the transaction from draining your account. Only after the withdraw has been made & posts to your account can you file a complaint and still the company can not be blocked.

2022-10-09	Je*****	This app is supposed to help secure your card so it cannot be stolen however every time I attached a card to "secure" it was stolen. I went for a time without using the app due to me getting tired of having to change cards and log in and I had no issues. When i decided it was time to use it again, I did one transaction at a place I've made purchases from numerous times without the app and now my info was stolen again. This tells me that Mobimoney is stealing my card info. It is NOT SECURE!!!

2022-05-04	jo*****	Some of the features the app has will stop working for no explanation such as being unable to access the home menu and it instead displaying the card description menu with no way of contact the people involved with the app just the banks who use it as a third party service. I have yet to find any way of fixing these issues even when searching online or when I did contact my bank as they were the only ones in the contact us section. Also has you type your password twice everytime for some reason

2021-09-13	Bi*****	I used to love this app, it helped me a lot but since the update it no longer supports my card at least what i think it says but the message appears and disappears in a blink of a eye. It still shows my transactions but not how much i have. If you Fix this problem and ill redownload this app and not a minute sooner

2021-03-04	Ta*****	The idea is great, but this app is horrible. I have come to learn you are not in control with this app. There's no way to remove bank accounts once they're added. You cannot delete you account. Luckily, I was already going to close the account this was linked to, otherwise I would have gotten a new account just because of this app. Do not waste your time with something so problematic.

2020-10-30	Ch*****	Unable to login in the app. I forgot my password, so I request for a new one. It stated it will send the request to my email, haven't happen. 2020-03-24	A *****	2020 March update. Have reached out the company 3x via email and no response what so ever. None. Assuming you have gone out of business. Please let me give a 0 star rating. 2019 December update. Same problems and no responses from support........ Has not worked for months. Like others said, great app in the beginning. Something updated and there has been no fix to be able to log in, reset password or get access to info.
