Didn't buy this yet I was charged....again.

Does literally nothing. As board president it would be nice to have all my HOA stuff available while out of the house, without having to go through the online portal, but this app does nothing. Literally nothing. I log in and then it's just a white screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure my phone is up to date, and restarted my phone. There's clearly no desire to address this issue as it is the only thing mentioned in any true review. Will be uninstalling.
