Controle de FII

"FII Control" is an application that allows users to register their Real Estate Investment Fund (FII) portfolios to monitor and manage their operations with practicality and security.

- Exclusive support for swing trading, enabling the monitoring of funds.

- Local storage of personal data on the mobile phone, guaranteeing the privacy and security of your portfolio information.

- Display of updated FII data, including graphs for efficient visual analysis.

- Information on dividends to be paid by the funds, keeping users informed about their returns.

- Customizable graphs to track the evolution of the portfolio and funds over time.

- Automatic calculation of the DARF (tax payment form) for income tax payment on gains obtained from FIIs.

- Availability of assets for a specific year to assist in the annual income tax return.

- Community comparisons on the Dashboard (rankings and aggregated averages), when available.

Anonymous Community Statistics (Optional Participation):
- To display comparisons between users on the Dashboard, the app may send anonymous and summarized statistics of your portfolio — for example, abbreviations of highlighted REITs, number of funds, distribution by sector, and recent buy or sell transactions.

- We do not send names, emails, individual financial values, or the complete portfolio. We use a random identifier per device, with no link to your identity.

- Participation is enabled by default. To disable sending at any time: Settings menu → tap on "How do anonymous statistics work?" and turn off the option. The same link appears in the Community tab of the Dashboard. Details in the app's privacy policy.

Important Disclaimers:
1. The "REIT Control" application does not support day trading at this time. Functionality is limited to swing trading as described above.

2. The investor is fully responsible for the correct calculation of Income Tax and for the accurate monitoring of funds. The developer is not responsible for any errors in calculations or for incorrect information displayed by the application.
