The most common complaints are limited customization and color choices, and complications that don't behave as advertised, such as phone battery not displaying. Some users report compatibility problems with Wear OS5 and Samsung Gear 4 Pro. Others say the app installs as a link to the developer's storefront rather than a watch face, which they find misleading.
