Just terrible, shows no record of my purchase, doesn't give the promised club discount at all, doesn't show credit for previous purchases, absolutely zero customer service, just appalling, I have yet to receive my order of a 24 pack from a week ago, it's BEER, not a package from the US, what's the point of making an app that just causes once loyal customers(I mean the actual bars) to lose any desire to do further business with Jems ever.
