2025-02-04	Is*****	in this software there is will be some timing for syning not upto date will be come in balance sheet😵‍💫 the last sync is showing is 26th Jan 2025, based on that my business showing in loss 😮‍💨before purchasing software they made all promises and commitment once you purchase the software no one will call for account setup eventhough you enterprises plan..😵 if possible I am trying to cancel and get a refund that will be very good for me .. such worst and disappointed services after sales ..

Customer care said u have to add gst in additional column by manually entering the amt of gst This is one type of cheating with the app users It only have IGST and CGST and SGST form They have not 1% GST billing Form in invoice. Waste of money billing software.

2025-01-22	El*****	Too many bugs! I have a premium subscription, and still my clients and myself get to see their branding and advertising. They will call you hundred times to ask for customers suggestions, on which they will not act to upgrade, even after giving suggestions they still call you to ask for suggestions without working on previous suggestions, just to make someone feel that they are giving priority and listening to. Comparatively, Zoho and Vypar gives much better features!

2025-01-20	PR*****	Very worst service. No customer support at all. Every time asking for plan upgrade. When called to customer care nobody is there to speak. I wanted to generate outstanding report by aging but not available in actual as shown in their app.

2025-01-07	Ch*****	Third class app, desktop version sucks. With every new update (which by the way comes every now and then) they add some bugs. Bugs are soo bad that even generating basic invoice and accessing customer / inventory database becomes difficult. Poor IT team, not able to handle issues on time. Vyapaar is much much better, go with tally or any other options if you can.
