It says I have excellent connection but I can't get connection at all it takes me back to welcome to validately this app is completely useless

Buggy spywear backed by an unprofessional company, 'validately" They demand you waste your time taking so call 10 min surveys which actually last 20 to 25 mins for $10. If they don't like your answers, can't hear you well enough or not completed within 10 mins, in 7 days they'll send you an email letting you know you were disqualified and won't be paid for your time. I do not recommend this company they may or may not respond to your email questions stay away you've been warned.
