VACTS Cold Chain Tracking System is an enterprise mobile application that enables you to monitor the storage, transportation, and disposal processes of vaccines and medical products end-to-end. It is designed for field teams to track the real-time status of warehouses and refrigerators, respond quickly to alarms, and manage disposal processes digitally by scanning barcodes.

Temperature Monitoring
• Monitor the real-time temperature and humidity values ​​of the selected warehouse/refrigerator in a card view.
• Review past measurements hourly or daily in graphs and tables.
• Instantly see sensors experiencing temperature violations or connection problems with status labels.

Alarm Monitoring
• View active cold chain alarms for the warehouse with color cards according to their severity level.
• Deactivate alarms on-site by adding a solution note.
• Track alarm types separately, such as connection loss and temperature violations.

Destruction Order
• Automatically retrieve lot, product, and stock information by scanning the product barcode.
• Create a destruction record by selecting the destruction reason, status, quantity, and responsible commission.
• Review previously created destruction records retrospectively in the card list.

SmartSense & SmartLink Gateway
• Identify the device by scanning the QR code on the device.

Barcode / QR Reading
• Fast reading with camera; Option to manually enter barcode when camera is unavailable

Secure Login
• Multi-step secure login with ID number, password, and SMS/email verification code (OTP)
