Multiple users say the app became worse after Yandex bought it — losing history/favorites and adopting a Yandex-like UI. Recurring problems are payment/login failures, unreliable/slow deliveries and inaccurate courier tracking, broken support buttons, spammy notifications, and a reduced restaurant selection. I watched ad in instagram they were giving promo code and discount and downloaded it. whoever downloading this app dont trust it. they are scam and lying with ads. I never ordered before but it is saying you can only use promo code for first order👎. SCAM

невозможно зарегистрироваться, смотреть не приходят, уже 2 день пытаюсь, позвонила службу поддержки, сказали написать в чат что там меня помогут, написала в чат а там сказали что мне надо позвонить своему оператору, как?? все другие смс приходят но от вас нет

плохо работает Лавка, кнопка написать в поддержку по последнему заказу ни к чему не приводит. попросил курьера оставить у двери, пересекся с курьером в подъезде. поднимаюсь - он оставил только треть заказа, что с остальной частью я не знаю, в поддержку по лавке написать нельзя, кнопка нерабочая
